About NAPL:

The National Association of Premier Lenders (NAPL) is an organization of Certified Development Companies (CDCs) which promotes and supports beneficial policies for the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program and the Premier Certified Lenders Program (PCLP). The PCL program delegates greater authority to CDCs, thus enabling a more efficient process with SBA oversight. The purpose of NAPL is to promote an administrative and legislative agenda which provides greater delegated authority, efficiency and ability for PCL CDCs to provide small businesses with access to capital.

Small Business Statement

Small businesses continue to be the driving force of the economy by employing millions of Americans each year. In order to achieve or maintain prosperity, a small business must have access to capital, which has become increasingly difficult to obtain in the recent economy. Providing small businesses with the necessary access to capital remains a priority and the SBA 504 loan program is one solution to this problem. The SBA 504 loan program offers fixed rate, below market financing for commercial, industrial projects and large fixed asset purchases.
