Benefits of being a PCL

The Premier Certified Lenders Program (PCLP) is a program in which the Small Business Administration (SBA) delegates greater authority to qualified CDCs to process, close, service and liquidate 504 loans in an efficient and timely manner. The SBA 504 loans which are processed under the program are subject to the same terms and conditions of all SBA 504 loans. The increased authority provides CDCs with the ability to expand the appeal of the SBA 504 loan program to more banking partners and borrowers.
